I donโt know about you but the DALS house is pumped for this premiere. (โThe contestants may be small, but the challenges are huuuugeโฆ.โ) Add some homemade Stromboli and weโve got ourselves a Friday night.
PS: For no good reason, Iโm giving away a copy of Dinner: A Love Storyย today.ย Leave a comment before tonight (Friday, September 27) at 8:00 ET, and you are eligible to win. Update: Keely (#9) is our winner. Thanks for playing everyone!
Relatively new to the site, but Iโve been enjoying your posts and definitely believe in the DALS mission of family dinner. I would love a copy of your book!
My ten year old and I have borrowed your book from the library so often and we love preparing recipes out of it together for our family. We would love to have a permanent copy. Been reading your blog a long time now and love it!
It should be an exciting evening! Iโll have to watch it later. I havenโt commented before but I love your blog and have been looking forward to making some of your recipes for my new grad-school family!
Your book is at the top of my wishlist!!
Jennyโ I work as a first grade teacher. I have two sons and have a husband who works late. I need to tell you that I REALLY need your book. Your recipes are easy to follow and delicious to eat. I make your minestrone (the best!) at least twice a month, just took your rosemary white bean salad to my motherโs house for a post funeral gathering, and am so excited to put the Mongolian stir fry into weekly rotation at our house. I talk about food all the time and would love to spread the word about your book up here in Portland, Maine. (I already talk about your website quite a bit.)
Would love to win a copy of your book! Iโm a fairly new reader but have already tried a bunch of your recipes for dinner the past few weeks. Keep up the wonderful posts ๐
Hey, thanks for the giveaway chance! I was having a less than stellar day, grousing about making dinner tonight and now, it doesnโt sound so badโฆ
Oh, pick me, please! I love my kindle version and would love to use it as a door prize for our Mothers & More open house to spread the word!!!
I would love a copy of the book! I really enjoyed it. We are also looking forward to Master Chef Jr. this evening.
Mmm, stromboli! Weโre having corn chowder.

Reading about your commitment to family dinners has caused me regret for the years while working that I did not make this a priority in my own family. My children are now grown. BUT you have also made me realize that itโs never too late! I can still cook family meals with your recipes and mine and invite my adult children and grandchild for a delicious meal made with love. Thank you. Nancy
I love your book. It inspired me to keep track of all my dinners. Unfortunately it is on my Kindle. I really need the actual book!!
Iโm so excited for that show!
I would love to have the book. Iโve recently come across your work and Iโve heard such great things and Iโm itching to try the recipes.
Super excited for MC junior!

Your blog is by far and away my favorite. I especially like the posts about deconstructing dinner. I would love to have a copy of your book.

We would love, love to win this! I have been wanting a copy of your book for a long time. Our house is equally as excited about this show. My 6&7 year olds love master chef so when they saw this they flipped!
Love your blog and especially love the reading suggestions! I have a 9-year-old and an almost-7-year-old, and itโs great to hear what your girls recommend!
I enjoy cooking and reading recipes from the computer, but my cookbooks are most dear to my heart. I would love your book for my small and very well used collection.
